This allows us to appraise any type of farm property or residential property within the State of Iowa. We use the three recognized approaches, Cost, Income and Sales Comparison approaches to value to arrive at our conclusions to the value of the properties. We also use various types of appraisal reports depending on the purpose of the appraisal. This enables us to have a variable fee structure.
